Brief Summary
American Integrity Insurance Group is actively seeking Licensed Insurance Representatives for a variety of roles, including Underwriting, Client Retention, and Client Services.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to inquiries and questions from agents, customers and internal departments via text, chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide agents and insured customers accurate information.
  • Research and resolve issues.
  • Answer calls professionally and expediently.
  • Provide administrative, general office and clerical services as required.
  • Participate in projects/assignments that support policy services.
  • Maintain a superior level of customer service provided to all clients.

What You'll Need to be a Top Candidate
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required.
Experience: Previous personal lines insurance experience required. Previous homeowners insurance experience, either in an agency or a carrier setting, preferred.
Licensure:
  • Underwriting requires an active 20-44 or 2-20 license, with a preference towards 2-20 holders.
  • Client Retention requires an active 20-44 or 2-20 license, with a preference towards 2-20 holders.
  • Senior Client Services requires an active 20-44 or 2-20 license.
  • Client Services prefers an active 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 license.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, on-site. #LI-Onsite
Working Conditions: Normal business office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while constantly operating a computer and or other office productivity machinery such as a calculator or telephone. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery or communicate with coworkers.
Travel: Minimum, as required.
