Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients by phone to introduce Integrity Insurance and Financial Services
  • Follow up with warm leads and existing inquiries
  • Qualify prospects and determine interest in speaking with a licensed insurance agent
  • Schedule appointments for licensed Medicare insurance professionals
  • Confirm appointment details and help reduce no-shows

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, call center work, or phone-based outreach preferred
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using scripts, CRM systems, and basic computer tools
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle objections with professionalism and patience
  • Experience in insurance, Medicare, healthcare, or financial services is a plus, but not required
