Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to assigned leads and handle warm and live transfers
  • Sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, renters, condo, landlord, and recreational products
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction
  • Track activity and results to meet individual and agency sales goals

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty insurance license
  • Less than one year of insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
