Southwest General Health Center is a 352-bed community hospital located in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. One of the last standing community hospitals in Northeast Ohio, we partner with University Hospitals and other local community organizations to provide a full range of services to all who need us. Revenue Integrity Manager Opportunity:

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant revenue recognition while optimizing the organization's revenue capture and reimbursement opportunities. The Revenue Integrity Manager will oversee the maintenance and integrity of the hospital Chargemaster, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, payer guidelines, and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include evaluating new clinical product lines through detailed analysis; assessing coding, charging, pricing, and reimbursement implications; and developing recommendations related to charge structures, pricing strategies, and payer acceptance. The position is also responsible for insurance payer plan maintenance and collaborating with clinical, operational, and finance leaders to support revenue cycle performance, compliance, and financial sustainability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:  Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or related field required. RHIT/RHIA preferred. Work experience will also be taken into consideration.

Required length and type of experience:

  • 5 years’ related experience in a hospital or Health System setting.
  • 2 years previous supervisor experience. Professional appearance with a confident
    demeanor, allowing the incumbent to comfortably interact with all levels of management.
  • In depth knowledge of CPT, ICD10 and HCPC’s
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including presentation skills.
  • In depth understanding of technical billing and revenue recognition, good working
    knowledge of professional billing.
  • Demonstrated record of identifying and achieving revenue realization improvements.
  • Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required.
