Team members collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, personalized coverage options. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Warren, OH. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients, assess their coverage needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, and explaining policy details in a clear and accessible manner. The role involves processing applications, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on renewals and policy changes. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with agency staff to ensure a smooth customer experience, resolve issues, and support agency growth through consistent, ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Insurance products and coverage options, with the ability to explain policies and terms clearly.
