How You Will Make An Impact

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support complex Workday Studio integrations (inbound/outbound)
  • Develop and maintain BIRT/layout and document transformation solutions supporting HR outputs and reporting needs
  • Build integrations using Workday integration tools (e.g., EIB, core connectors, APIs), applying strong transformation logic and validation
  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements, define mappings, and deliver secure, reliable integrations
  • Own integration health in production: monitoring, troubleshooting, defect triage, and release/regression testing
  • Create sustainable support: runbooks, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline integration operations
  • Contribute to Workday Extend solutions where applicable (helpful but not required)

Do you bring proven success in building and supporting complex Workday Studio integrations at scale?

  • Strong hands-on Workday Studio development experience (must have built integrations directly)
  • Proven experience delivering BIRT / document layout & transformation solutions
  • Experience with Workday integration methods (EIB, connectors, APIs) and data transformation (XML/XSLT or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of integration operations: error handling, monitoring, release testing, and production support
  • Comfortable working across multiple HR modules and vendor integrations (payroll/benefits experience is a plus)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to translate requirements into technical delivery
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
