Job description

NetSuite Integration Manager
Location: Whittier, CA (100% Onsite - 5 Days/Week)
We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a NetSuite Integrations Manager to lead a company-wide ERP transformation and establish the long-term enterprise applications strategy. This highly visible leadership role will own the implementation, optimization, and governance of NetSuite while partnering closely with business leaders to modernize systems, streamline operations, and support future growth.
The ideal candidate combines deep NetSuite expertise with strong program leadership, business process transformation experience, and the ability to bridge technical and business teams. While this is not a hands-on development role, the successful candidate will provide technical oversight for enterprise integrations, reporting, implementation partners, and future team members.
This position also offers the opportunity to build and lead an Enterprise Applications team as the organization continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Transformation Leadership
  • Lead the migration from a legacy ERP platform to NetSuite across multiple business units.
  • Own the full NetSuite implementation lifecycle, from planning and design through deployment and post-production support.
  • Partner with implementation vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive business process improvements by optimizing workflows rather than replicating legacy processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Enterprise Applications & Systems Integration
  • Define the long-term strategy and governance for the enterprise applications landscape.
  • Oversee NetSuite integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Provide technical oversight for integration development, platform architecture, and future enhancements.
  • Collaborate with teams supporting warehouse management, logistics, finance, and other enterprise systems to ensure scalable, well-integrated solutions.

Data & Reporting Strategy
  • Lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives associated with NetSuite.
  • Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to support enterprise reporting, data warehousing, and modern data platform initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate, scalable, and reliable data integration across business systems.
  • Drive reporting capabilities that improve visibility and support executive decision-making.

Business Partnership & Change Management
  • Partner closely with leaders across multiple business functions to understand operational needs and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Lead organizational change efforts by driving stakeholder alignment, documenting requirements, and maintaining project momentum.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to support adoption of new systems and processes.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Initially serve as the primary leader for the NetSuite transformation initiative.
  • Build and lead a growing Enterprise Applications team as business needs evolve.
  • Provide leadership for future resources supporting ERP administration, integrations, reporting, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications
  • Experience leading multi-entity or multi-company NetSuite implementations.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise logistics platforms.
  • Experience supporting modern cloud-based data and analytics ecosystems.
