  • Conduct psychoeducational and support groups aimed at common concerns, enhancing community and peer support among participants.
  • Utilize crisis intervention techniques to provide immediate support during mental health emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while respecting patient confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care that addresses the holistic needs of our clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and training workshops to stay updated with advancements in mental health practices.

Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in conducting therapeutic interventions with both individuals and groups, particularly within a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and responding effectively to mental health emergencies.
