Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be integral in creating individualized treatment plans that respect the unique experiences and cultural contexts of your clients, helping them navigate their personal challenges while fostering resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
  • Active Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • Proven experience with at least two (2) years of clinical practice as an LPCC; five (5) years is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills essential for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage client documentation efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a community health setting, particularly working with underserved populations.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic frameworks and their application in clinical settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of patient care.
