Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a trusted environment for expressing thoughts and feelings.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs, facilitating meaningful progress toward their mental health goals.
• Engage in active listening practices and show empathy, enabling clients to feel validated and understood in their experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. This may include depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be integral in creating individualized treatment plans that respect the unique experiences and cultural contexts of your clients, helping them navigate their personal challenges while fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Active Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• Proven experience with at least two (2) years of clinical practice as an LPCC; five (5) years is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills essential for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage client documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting, particularly working with underserved populations.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic frameworks and their application in clinical settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
