Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our working hours are primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a focus on providing clients timely therapy sessions and consistent support. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions for adults through live video conferencing, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management.
• Implement clinical assessments and measurement tools to track client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans using an intuitive software platform designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and peers to continuously improve patient care outcomes, sharing insights and strategies within our supportive team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily be adult individuals seeking mental health support in areas such as coping mechanisms for depression, anxiety disorders, and relationship challenges. We aim to foster an inclusive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds feel safe and respected. You will be encouraged to apply culturally sensitive approaches tailored to the unique needs of your clients, ensuring they receive the most effective care possible.

Qualifications

• A completed Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Independent licensure including LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California; candidates with multiple state licenses are strongly encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in providing independent mental health therapy.
• Proficiency in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically for treating anxiety and mood disorders.
• Strong familiarity with digital therapy platforms and a willingness to integrate technology into therapeutic practices.
• A commitment to cultural competence and a dedication to providing equitable care to all patients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or a similar setting, providing care to diverse populations.
• Experience with telehealth or virtual therapy practices, showcasing adaptability in digital communication and engagement.
• Engagement with continuing education and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually.
