Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live virtual therapy sessions for adult clients, addressing an array of emotional and psychological issues to promote mental health and well-being.
• Implement and refine treatment plans using a combination of established clinical methods and innovative assessment tools to track patient progress effectively.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation within a user-friendly electronic system that streamlines workflow and ensures compliance with industry standards.
• Actively collaborate with our leadership team to seek supervision and consultation, offering input on clinical cases and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will encompass adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis situations that require immediate intervention. Utilizing a client-centered and evidence-based approach, you will work tirelessly to build trust and facilitate an environment conducive to healing and empowerment.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• An active license to practice independently in California; additional licensure in other states is a plus.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, ideally involving independent practice.
• Proficient in conducting therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Willingness to adopt and integrate digital tools into therapy sessions to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in managing diverse client needs and navigating a variety of mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits
