WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A VENDOR INTEGRATION COORDINATOR - BENEFITS PLAN SETUP SPECIALIST
  • Prior experience with plan building and a health plan claims system (required for remote work)
  • Ability to troubleshoot claim processing issues
  • Experience in auditing plan designs and reporting system errors
  • Strong writing skills with proper grammar and structure
  • Knowledge of ACA and ability to stay current on regulatory updates
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal departments

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR VENDOR INTEGRATION COORDINATOR - BENEFITS PLAN SETUP SPECIALIST
This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime available and an optional remote arrangement.
In this role, you'll configure new benefit plans, build group structures, coordinate vendor setups, and ensure seamless integration with PPO networks and PBMs within the WLT adjudication system. You'll maintain system tables and functions, load fee schedules, calculate DRG pricing, update existing plan designs, and address claim processing issues as they arise. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with internal teams to interpret client intent, deliver accurate configurations, and support the overall reliability of our systems.
