Work You'll Do

As a Oracle EPM Integration Consultant on the team, you will:

  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, account reconciliation, and management reporting.
  • Work with client stakeholders to gather business requirements, document current-state processes, and help define future-state finance processes enabled by Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Assist in solution design, functional specifications, testing, data validation, and deployment activities for Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Help deliver EPM transformation programs that improve planning effectiveness, standardize finance processes, and increase the quality and usability of management information.
  • Support integration, reporting, and data management activities tied to Oracle EPM applications and adjacent finance systems.
  • Participate in workshops, conference room pilots, test cycles, training, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte and client teams, including finance, technology, data, and change management resources, to deliver business outcomes rather than just system configuration.
  • Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, industry research, solution accelerators, and proposal support where needed. Deloitte's Oracle practice emphasizes repeatable methods, accelerators, and cloud transformation delivery at scale.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, EPM, FP&A, close/consolidation, or performance management.
  • 2+ years of experience with one or more Oracle EPM technologies, such as Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, EDM, or related tools. 
  • Experience supporting at least one implementation or major enhancement involving EPM, financial systems, or enterprise performance management processes..
  • Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
    • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
