Job description

NOW HIRING
Be the person our clients can't imagine working without.
We're looking for you.
At Greenlink HCM, our clients don't just get software - they get a partner who shows up, solves problems, and makes payroll feel effortless. That partner is our HCM Client Success Specialist.
Gilbert, AZ โ€ข In-office โ€ข Full-time โ€ข iSolved platform
"We put trust over transaction - in how we serve clients, and in how we grow our team."
Greenlink HCM, core mission
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
You're not a ticket-closer. You're a relationship-builder who happens to be a payroll expert.
This isn't a call center. It's a seat at the table with clients who trust you completely. You'll own a real book of business, run complex payroll for multiple clients, troubleshoot integrations, and be the reason people renew. Greenlink is one of the fastest-growing independent HCM providers in the country - and our secret weapon is our people.
OUR DNA - FOUR VALUES WE LIVE BY
G.S.D. - Get things done - at a high level, every time.
Own It - Full accountability. No passing the buck.
GRIT - You don't stop when it gets hard. You finish.
Advocacy - Your clients feel championed, not just serviced.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
  • Own your client relationships. You're the first call, the trusted advisor, and the person who catches issues before clients even notice.
  • Run flawless payroll. Multi-client, multi-state, deadline-driven. You keep the engine running and the auditors happy.
  • Solve the hard stuff. API integrations, EDI transmissions, data integrity - you root-cause issues and build smarter processes.
  • Stay compliance-sharp. Federal, state, and local regs change. You stay ahead of them so your clients don't have to.
  • Deliver insights, not just reports. Custom reporting, process recommendations, and ideas that actually improve outcomes.
  • Lift the team. Train clients, mentor teammates, and contribute to a culture that wins together.

YOU'RE THE ONE IF...
  • You have 2+ years in payroll, account management, or client services
  • iSolved experience is in your toolkit (big plus)
  • You'd rather prevent a client problem than react to one
  • Juggling multiple accounts without dropping details is your thing
  • You're wired for accountability - you own your work, full stop
  • Systems, integrations, and process improvement excite you

WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 401(k) match
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • Flexible time off
  • Early wage access
  • Paid parental leave
  • Employee assistance plan
  • Supplemental benefits

Ready to own it?
