Worker Type Regular Job Description AV is looking for a highly talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems. * Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems
* Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
* Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
* Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
* Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
* Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing Required: * Master of Science or Master of Arts degree and 12+ years of experience. OR a BA/BS degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement.
* Active Secret clearance
* Extensive MDA (or DoW) Experience
* Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Experience with systems integration Desired: * Adept with some Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
* Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
