Job Summary:
McLeod Software is seeking an Integration Specialist who will support customer installations and upgrades while acting as a liaison between customers and integration vendor partners. The role involves leading product enhancements, conducting training sessions, and providing consultative analysis to help customers utilize integration modules effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Setup/Install Symphony Mobile Communication module interfaces
• Provide consultative analysis of current dispatch operations
• Recommend best practice workflows to customers in order to help them fully utilize the integration modules
• Test modifications and enhancements to the integration modules
• Provide small and large group training to customers
• Conduct remote training sessions with clients on an as needed basis
• Assist Sales team with technical information and Statements of Work
• Ability to travel 50-75%, with occasional weekend travel
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in software support, implementation, consulting, and/or training, required; or 6+ years of related experience, required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required.
• Experience troubleshooting software applications, integrations, and technical issues, required.
• Experience testing modifications and enhancements to integration modules, required.
• Experience providing customer-facing software support, implementation, or consulting services, required.
• Ability to learn internal software and systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and projects efficiently
• Ability to interact with varying organizational levels confidently
• Ability to communicate technical information coherently to a variety of stakeholders
Preferred:
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, and/or other system integration technologies, highly preferred.
• Experience implementing, supporting, or troubleshooting Symphony Mobile Communication module interfaces or similar Mobile Communication solutions, preferred.
• Working knowledge of the transportation industry and/or experience with McLeod’s suite of products, preferred.
