Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has a challenging career opportunity for aSenior Systems Integration Analystwho will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating and coordinating complex engineering efforts involving internal and external systems. 

Responsibilities
  • Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems 
  • Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) 
  • Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication 
  • Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics 
  • Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status 
  • Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree and 12+ years of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree and 20+ years of experience 
  • Active Secret clearance 
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.) 
  • Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders 
  • Experience developing digital tools or dashboards 

Knowledge,Skills, and Abilities:  

  • MDA (or DoW) Experience 
  • Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) 
  • Excellent organization and communication skills 
  • Experience with systems integration
