Job description

We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a Senior Data Analyst to join a leading Company located in the Huntsville, AL surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.**

Responsibilities:
  • Lead finance, procurement, and strategic sourcing operations, analytics, and automation efforts for a Federal Law Enforcement client. 
  • Lead a team responsible for the overall program management of strategic sourcing operations to include designing, deploying, and managing technical solutions (via Power Platform) as well as delivering routine and ad-hoc data reporting requests. 
  • Expected to lead the development of technical solutions while briefing Executive stakeholders on program progress, identified improvement areas, and creation of proactive strategic initiatives. 

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with eight (8) years or more of data analysis experience; Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has ten (10) or more years of experience.  
  • Minimum five (5) years or more of Data Analytical experience in data management activities, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and Adobe Acrobat. 
  • Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
  • Team member must be in the Huntsville, AL area with the ability to be on client-site Monday through Friday and an Active TS Clearance. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Excel, Power Apps, Automate, and Power BI is required. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex datasets and transforming content into stakeholder reports under supervision is required. 
  • Knowledge of federal financial and/or procurement operations is required.
