SOCCENT Command Integration Lead MacDill AFB, Tampa FL| Full-Time | On-Site | Top Secret SCI Required The Command Integration Lead (CIL) directly supports the U. S. Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) in the information as a joint function and operation in the information environment. The CIL provides the Joint Force with an AI/ML enabled, scalable enterprise C2, situational awareness, and data analytics capability to support Globally Integrated Operations (GIO) Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) and information and decision advantage. The CIL provides on-site technical expertise, assistance, and training to the Commands they support as well as serves as a direct conduit between the Government PMO and COCOM. Responsible for integration into the command processes as needed, but not limited to, Battle Rhythm events integration, documentation and facilitating Government PMO engagements. Support to on-site and virtual training, training programs, development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and SOPs within the Command. Enhances COCOMโ€™s situational awareness through the assimilation of data as well as the integration of visualization technologies into the COCOM Common Operating Picture (COP). Functions as a key contributor to the high-tempo COCOM staff: serving as a โ€œfirst responderโ€ for issues regarding access or functionality by users within the Command. Sends feedback to the Government PMO in the form of documented deficiencies, anomalies, and best practice to ensure the positive contribution and continuous evolution of technologies in support of Globally Integrated Operations. Required Skills: โ€ข Minimum of 8 yearsโ€™ experience with a DoD Combatant Command or theater Service Component Command. โ€ข Technical and expert level understanding of the operational environment as it relates to relevant technologies (AI/ML, Command & Control (C2), Situational Awareness (SA) & data analytics). โ€ข Ability to understand, explain, and train others on complex technologies (e.g., distributed C2, cybersecurity, data flow, inform and influence operations, etc.) within the context of Joint Force campaigning. โ€ข Demonstrate geopolitical knowledge of assigned theater. โ€ข Demonstrate an understanding of relevant technologies as well as broad CJADC2 principles. โ€ข Ability to work and accomplish tasks with minimal guidance. โ€ข Skilled in oral and written communications at the senior leader level. โ€ข Ability to build and maintain technical documentation and high-level enterprise architectures. Preferred Skills: โ€ข 5+ years of COCOM operational (Action Officer) experience. โ€ข Direct experience interacting with the Government PMO or with integrating relevant technologies into DoD operations within COCOM. โ€ข Direct recent experience working JADC2 (now CJADC2).
