As a Remedy Specialist, you are the first impression, trusted guide, and lasting memory of the Remedy Place experience. You are equal parts delivering luxury hospitality wellness educator, relationship builder, and helping guest select their individualized self-care routine
You help guests understand the purpose, benefits, and science behind our services, guide them through the club with confidence, and recommend experiences, memberships, and packages that align with their goals, lifestyle, and self-care routines.
You understand that exceptional hospitality is not simply answering questions. It is anticipating needs, making people feel genuinely seen, and creating moments guests remember long after they leave. You are available to work weekends.

Deliver Exceptional Hospitality

Guide the Guest Experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION:
