Job description

GoTo Foods is looking to hire a Director to lead its Integrated Operations function & drive multiple initiatives while leading cross-functional integration and support for our portfolio of brands. This role serves as the critical link between data, strategy, and execution-ensuring leadership has clear, actionable insights and that initiatives are prioritized, measured, and delivered with discipline.
The Director will lead the development of executive-level reporting, analysis, and performance frameworks that provide visibility into operational health, franchisee performance, and initiative impact. This role translates complex data into clear narratives that inform decision-making at the executive level while enabling consistent execution across the organization. The Business Performance team sits within the larger Strategic Operations function and requires an individual who is a "Jack of All Trades," and is comfortable taking on ambiguity and distilling into structured approaches and frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a demonstrated strategic thinker who can manage and grow our Integrated Operations function. This individual must have excellent communication & stakeholder management skillsets, experience in leading multiple, cross-functional initiatives, and a willingness to take on and seek out additional responsibilities.
