Position Summary: Seeking a professional Receptionist / Front Desk team member to provide administrative support, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming environment at a busy apartment community office. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, helping to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities: - Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- nswer phones, direct calls, and manage inquiries
- Support office administration, data entry, and filing
- ssist leasing and property management teams as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resident relations
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Professional business attire required
- Two forms of ID required for employment
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
