Our firm is committed to providing exceptional legal service and compassionate client care. We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist who can effectively communicate with potential clients and help guide them through the initial stages of the case process.
Position Summary
The Legal Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for potential clients contacting the firm. This role gathers case information, evaluates potential claims, and ensures qualified leads are properly documented and scheduled with attorneys.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable speaking with individuals who may be experiencing stressful situations.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from potential clients and gather detailed case information
Conduct initial screenings for personal injury cases (auto accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, etc.)
Enter case information accurately into the firms case management system
Schedule consultations with attorneys or case managers
Follow up with potential clients regarding documentation and case information
Communicate with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
Assist with intake forms and documentation
Coordinate with attorneys and staff regarding new cases
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Previous experience in legal intake, call center, or customer service preferred
Experience in personal injury law firm intake is a plus
Strong communication and listening skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable handling high call volume
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
Requirements
This position requires working in-office. Remote work is not available.
