Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Sales Specialist to join our team as an Intake Paralegal. Are you looking to utilize your strong sales background to grow roots in the legal field? Are you looking for a role where your communication skills can truly make an impact? As an Intake Paralegal, you are the first step in helping injured workers get the legal help they need. You'll play a key role in converting inquiries into clients while providing top-tier service and care. This is NOT strictly a legal role this is a sales role, client-facing position ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, call centers, or sales. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting with potential clients and guiding them through the process of obtaining legal assistance for their needs. This position is essential in helping us fulfill our mission of providing exceptional service to those we represent.
Duties
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and explain our legal services.
  • Speak with potential clients in-person, via phone and email
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand the client's needs, identifying good cases, and which need further development. Disqualifying cases based on firm standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential new clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Empathetically assist clients in navigating the initial stages of their case, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and connected.
  • Build rapport quickly by providing clear communication, active listening, and compassionate guidance, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in our legal team from the very beginning.
  • Accurately input client information into our case management system
  • Collaborate with our attorneys and legal team to provide accurate information regarding potential new clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in sales strategies and client interactions.

Experience
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, or client relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on providing quality service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Prior Intake experience with strong sales background a plus!
