Position Overview 

We're searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in a hybrid capacity (6-8 days a month, every Wednesday and every other Thursday, in the office) from our Toronto, Atlanta, or Chicago offices. In this role, you'll own Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing, this role is primarily accountable for driving visibility, authority, and pipeline contribution through G2, third-party review platforms (Capterra, etc.), and external content communities (Reddit, Wikipedia, etc.). The role builds earned and owned presence on channels outside company websites and collaborates with SEO/AEO, Communications and Paid Media teams to amplify broader marketing objectives.

What You'll Do

Review Sites

  • Own review platform presence across G2, Capterra, Google Reviews, and similar sites for all brands, optimizing profiles, content, taxonomy, and SEO for visibility and conversion.
  • Lead G2 strategy and pipeline impact, including category positioning, grid rankings, buyerintent integration, and review generation campaigns.
  • Establish and manage review response SOPs, partnering with Product Marketing and Customer Success to maintain sentiment and close feedback loops.
  • Oversee paid review programs and performance, tracking volume, ratings, traffic, leads, ROI, and optimizing efficiency in collaboration with Paid Media and Field teams.
Reddit, Wikipedia & Emerging Content Channels
  • Own Reddit brand presence, including subreddit monitoring, community engagement strategy, and authentic, policycompliant content to build authority and organic traffic.
  • Surface community insights by monitoring Reddit for brand, competitor, and product discussions and sharing feedback with Product Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Manage Wikipedia presence for all brands, maintaining accurate, wellsourced articles, monitoring edits, and partnering with Legal and Marketing to ensure compliance and alignment with AEO goals.
  • Pilot emerging content channels (e.g., Quora, LinkedIn newsletters, industry forums) to expand organic reach and support broader AEO and search visibility strategies.
SEO / AEO Support
  • Support SEO/AEO strategy by conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and tracking AI search engine positioning to ensure review and community content drives organic and AEO performance.

We're Excited to Learn More About You 

Your experience may include:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with handson ownership of review platforms, SEO, and paid search; B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing external communities such as Reddit, Wikipedia, Quora, or industry forums.
  • Strong analytics and search proficiency, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Semrush, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative and crossfunctional contributor able to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams, including multibrand or portfolio environments.
  • Working knowledge of AIpowered search and AEO, with handson use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) for productivity and analysis.

The total anticipated annual compensation range for this newly created position in Canada is $65,000 - $80,000 CAD per year, which includes starting base salary and, where applicable, variable or incentive pay.  To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities.   

This position requires the employee to reside and work from one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, PEI, Saskatchewan.
