Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

  • Identify new business opportunities

Experience/Qualifications

  • RIBO License or OTL license willing to convert to RIBO

  • Strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and market trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with Applied Rating, Acturis, and insurance portals is a plus.

  • Strong strategic planning and target achievement skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment.

  • Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

Language

  • Fluent in Tagalog Preferred
