Job Types: Permanent, Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Todd Lalonde Insurance Agency has been in business in Midland for 35 years and continues to grow each year. We are looking for an ambitious professional to join our fun, supportive and successful team environment. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current clients and providing sales support to new clients. You must be willing to learn and grow with our business, working towards individual and agency goals. A General License (OTL) will be required or be willing to obtain, along with multi-tasking skills and proficiency with phones and computers will be an asset. Training is offered in-office to allow for a successful career in the insurance industry. Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Contribute to team sales success through achievement of individual sales goals and through effective opportunity spotting, cross selling and referring to your team.
  • Work with the agent and team to establish and meet set goals.
