What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales & Client Solutions: Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 
  • Business Development: Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the agency’s overall growth.
What We’re Looking For

  • Licensing: Property & Casualty (OTL) License preferred; or must obtain within 1 month of job offer.
  • Financial Requirements: Minimum credit score of 650, no bankruptcy in the past 3 years, and no overdue debts in collections.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
 Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
  • Commissions & Bonuses: Unlimited earning potential.
  • Hybrid Work Flexibility: Combination of in-office, and remote work (after one year of experience)
  • Employee Benefits: $175/month starting after 3-month probation.
  • Paid Training & Career Development Opportunities.
  • Paid Time Off: starting at 3 weeks of vacation + 3 paid sick days (up to 10 total unpaid).
