Job description

Entry Level Sales Associate — Work From Home

AO Globe Life | 100% Remote | Full-Time | Training Provided

A Remote Job Where Your Personality Can Actually Work in Your Favor

You don't have to be the person who has been selling for years.

Maybe you're naturally good at starting conversations. Maybe people come to you when they need help making a decision. Maybe you're organized, competitive, dependable, or simply ready to try something different.

Those qualities can go a long way in sales.

AO Globe Life is looking for Entry Level Sales Associates to work with clients who have already requested information about life insurance and supplemental benefits.

You'll learn our products and sales process through training, then put that knowledge to work by having real conversations with clients, understanding what they're looking for, and helping them explore the options available to them.

What The Job Actually Looks Like

Your day won't be spent randomly calling people who have never heard of you.

You'll be working with provided client opportunities and scheduled conversations, giving you the chance to focus on the part that matters most: building a connection and having a productive conversation.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Speaking with clients by phone and video
  • Learning about their needs, questions, and priorities
  • Explaining available insurance and supplemental benefit options
  • Making recommendations based on the information provided by the client
  • Helping clients understand their options
  • Guiding interested clients through the next steps
  • Following up when a client needs additional information
  • Keeping your appointments and client information organized
  • Participating in virtual meetings, training, and coaching

The goal isn't to talk someone into something they don't want.

It's about understanding the person you're speaking with, explaining the options clearly, and helping them make an informed decision.

What You Bring Matters More Than What's On Your Résumé

We welcome people from different backgrounds.

Your previous experience might include:

Customer Service | Retail | Hospitality | Recruiting | Education | Administration | Call Centers | Sales

Or you may be looking for your first real opportunity to build professional experience.

What we're looking for is someone who can communicate well, take responsibility for their work, stay consistent, and be coachable.

Insurance or previous sales experience is not required.

You'll be taught the process. What you do with that training is up to you.

What You Can Expect From Us

Once you're on the team, you'll have access to:

  • 100% Remote Work
  • Full-Time Schedule
  • Training for New Representatives
  • Ongoing Coaching & Mentorship
  • Provided Client Opportunities
  • Flexible Scheduling
  • Weekly Pay
  • Commission-Based Compensation
  • Uncapped Earning Potential
  • Health Benefits
  • Recognition & Incentive Programs
  • Advancement Opportunities
  • Leadership Development

Please note: This is a commission-based sales position. Earnings vary based on individual sales performance, activity, and results.
