Salary: $22.95 - $31.91/hour + premiums & benefits

What You'll Do

As a Monitoring Center Agent, you'll be at the heart of our operations-responding to alarm signals, monitoring video feeds, and coordinating with emergency services. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, follow clear procedures, and help ensure safety and peace of mind for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

Responding quickly and accurately to alarm signals and phone calls

Monitoring security systems and video surveillance

Dispatching emergency services when needed

Documenting activity and following standard procedures

Supporting customers and technicians with professionalism

Working with a team that values precision and calm under pressure

What We're Looking For

We're seeking bilingual (French/English) candidates who are calm, focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required:

High school diploma or GED

Bilingual in French and English

Willingness to work days, evenings, or nights (rotating weekends)

Preferred:

Strong communication and typing skills (25+ WPM)

Comfortable with computers and multitasking

Able to stay composed in potential emergency situations

Training Provided
