Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative (100% Remote)

AO Globe Life is hiring Entry Level Insurance Sales Representatives to work with individuals who have already requested information about insurance and benefit options.


No insurance background is required. Training and ongoing coaching are provided to help new representatives learn the products, systems, and client process.

Instead of spending the day making unsolicited calls, representatives connect with prospective clients who have already expressed interest and are scheduled for conversations with the team.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct scheduled phone or virtual appointments
  • Learn about clients' needs and coverage interests
  • Explain available insurance and benefit options
  • Answer questions and provide product information
  • Assist clients through the application process
  • Follow up on outstanding information and next steps
  • Maintain organized client and appointment records
