Job description

Truck & Coach / Heavy Equipment Technician

Vaughan, ON

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 42.5 hrs./week

  • Hourly Pay: $42.00-$50.00/hr. for licensed technicians
  • Up to $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed or Apprentice 310T/421A Technicians
  • Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
  • Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training
  • Annual Wage Increases

  • Vacation + Paid Personal Days
 What You’ll Do:
  • Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment.
  • Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
 What You Bring:
  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician, or registered apprentice through Skilled Trades Ontario
  • Related work experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
  • Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach
