Looking for an individual with a proven track record in sales and client experience to join our expanding team of highly skilled advisors in one of Ottawa’s largest growing insurance agencies…. Selling and Servicing Car Insurance, Home and property products, Business Insurance and a whole suite of Financial Services

  • Work ethic, and a strong one. This is a career… not a job. You have set hours however this is a sales business therefore you may need to put in some extra sometime and receive the rewards you yourself create.
  • Coachability… There is a lot to learn in this industry and a lot of opportunity to advance. We have awesom systems, processes and training… so just be open to learning and being coached. Our model is VERY PROVEN… So just trust in our processes
  • Attendance….Just show up! If you are the type of individual that needs a lot of time off….Please do not apply. Attendance is key for our agency to accommodate our large client base daily.. HOWEVER… Once you reach a certain licensing level, and sales results… You may also qualify for a 4 DAY WORK WEEK… Which is A LOT of time off
  • MORE THAN ONE LANGUAGE…. We hire based on Sales Drive and Passion. French is definitely an asset if you have it but does not disqualify you if you don’t.

Once you hit Level Two, which can be anywhere from 8 months to a year… You should be earning between $50,000 to $70,000 and then the sky is the limit.

  • Tons of advancement options as you develop and acquire next levels of licensing and results
  • FOUR DAY WORK WEEK… Yes you read that right. Once you hit a Level 2 Advisor Role, in the agency, you may qualify for a Four Day Work Week. This means that you get paid the same, BUT Work Four Days a week instead of Five
  • Full Health Benefits including medical and dental as soon as you pass your first license. These are paid by me as well.
