What Youll Do
Match caregivers with client schedules
Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling
Communicate with caregivers, families, and office leadership
Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
Welcome and guide new caregivers
Assist nearby offices when needed
Help keep the care team informed and supported
This is active coordination work not a passive desk role.
