Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), the worldโ€™s largest independent insurance company manager, is growing and looking for a Risk Analyst to join our team in Concord. You will help transform complex information into meaningful insights that support clients, insurance programs, and business decision-making.ย

Responsibilitiesย 

Data Collection and Analysisย 

  • Collect, organize, andย maintainย insurance, financial, and operational data from multiple sources.ย 

  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency.ย 

  • Analyze data trends and translate findings into actionable insights that support underwriting, risk financing, and strategic business decisions.ย 

  • Create andย maintainย analytical tools, reporting solutions, and operational resources that support client service and businessย objectives.ย 

Insurance Policy Supportย 

  • Assistย with the administration and maintenance of insurance policies and related documentation.ย 

  • Review policy information for completeness and accuracy.ย 

  • Support policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage documentation.ย 

  • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, brokers, carriers, and service providers to gather information and ensureย timelyย completion of projects.ย 

  • Assistย in the preparation and completion of insurance company applications, business plans, and regulatory filings.ย 

  • Gather supporting documentation and coordinate information requests from regulators, consultants, and service providers.ย 

  • Maintain organized records of applications and filing materials.ย 

  • Support project management activities associated with insurance company formations and renewals.ย 

Report Development and Presentation Supportย 

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for management and clients.ย 

  • Develop professional presentations and supporting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.ย 

  • Compile and present data in a clear and concise manner to support strategic decision-making.ย 

  • Partner with team members across business functions to develop reporting and presentation materials that support client and managementย objectives.ย 

  • Assistย with ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed.ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.ย 

  • One to three years of analytical, insurance, or financial services experience preferred.ย 

  • Insurance industry experience or knowledge is a plus.ย 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.ย 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ย 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.ย 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and database management tools preferred.ย 

  • Ability to learn andย utilizeย insurance and risk management software systems.ย
