Job description

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pmWork Location: Birmingham, AL, Hybrid eligible once fully trainedBenefits include: 100% tuition assistance, wellness initiatives, generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program eligible employer, plus more. In addition to our many benefits and perks, UAB Medicine provides a variety of resources to support employees both personally and professionally.To provide analytical, administrative, and operational support to the Insurance and Risk Finance Department, assisting the management of insurance programs, claims administration, and risk financing activities for the University of Alabama System, including UAB Health System and affiliated entities. To support the overall functions of the Risk department through insurance placement support, claims coordination, reporting, database maintenance, and general departmental operations.
