Job Summary:
B&A is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Program Manger to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for the project, ensuring successful execution of SAFe Agile-managed activities, operational support, configuration management governance, cloud optimization, and compliance with NGA and federal requirements. This role manages cross-functional teams and oversees delivery of program increments, migrations, security documentation, and risk management activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead overall program planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and risk
  • Oversee PeopleSoft HCM initiatives and ensure compliance with DoD requirements
  • Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in a secure environment

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field/major
    - OR - Five (5) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree in Information Technology
  • Ten (10) years of PeopleSoft HCM experience in an Intelligence or Department of Defense (DoD) agency
  • PMP Certification.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex IT programs.

Desired Skills:
  • Five (5) years managing a portfolio of applications in a classified environment

Security Clearance
  • Must be holding an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
