Senior Project/Program Manager - Banking
Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to support applications within the Commercial Banking and Lending sector. This position involves consulting as an expert to influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs. The role requires providing strategic guidance on long-term, large-scale solutions and engaging with senior leadership to deliver innovative business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
  • Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
  • Lead Agile delivery and execution for cross-functional initiatives and dependencies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level communication.
  • Oversee Risk, Compliance, Governance, and Change Management activities.
  • Utilize JIRA and facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive project completion.
  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority to complete complex initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Program Manager or Delivery Lead.
  • Background in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and execution leadership.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and dependencies.
  • Familiarity with Risk, Compliance, Governance, and Change Management.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Agile ceremonies.
  • A consulting background is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial Banking experience.
  • Commercial Lending experience.
