US Bank is seeking a Technology Program Manager to join our Digital & Emerging Technology organization supporting Developer Experience (DevExAI) initiatives. This individual will help drive enterprise initiatives by coordinating planning, governance, execution, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams and strategic programs.

This person will serve as a key program manager responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and execution discipline to a rapidly growing organization. They will partner closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery of high-impact technology and DevExAI initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale technology programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Facilitate scrum-of-scrums, governance meetings, and program reviews.
  • Coordinate quarterly planning and roadmap alignment activities.
  • Manage team-level and program risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and technology / business leaders to align priorities.
  • Maintain program execution using Jira and Agile delivery practices.
  • Prepare executive communications, reporting, and leadership updates.
  • Support enterprise Developer Experience initiatives and AI enablement.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of Technology Program Management, Technical Program Management, or related experience.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
  • Strong SAFe Agile and Scrum experience.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional planning and execution.
  • Expertise using Jira for program tracking and coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience leading governance forums and status reviews.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and program execution.
  • Strong technology background and partnership with engineering teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience.
  • Developer Experience (DevEx) exposure.
  • AI, Machine learning, or AI enablement program experience.
  • Portfolio management experience.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
