Position Summary:

The Program Specialist will play a critical role as a liaison for AGDATA’s global customer base.  As a member of AGDATA’s Program Management and Fulfillment organization, the Program Specialist will interpret client marketing programs and effectively align priorities. You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely earnings calculations by working with the client on the creation of program specifications, building the incentive programs on the calculation engine, management of the program calendar, and quality control of both calculations and exposure output.  

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Create and test program calculations in the program calculation tool
  • Adhere to program management processes and documentation, perform basic SQL queries and analysis, review data, create reports
  • Coordinate and track tasks, deliverables and client communication
  • Participate in all audits; ensure processes are in accordance with control plan
  • Coordinate with Program Management team and QA Team on strategies to meet client needs
  • Research issues and assist in finding solutions for client’s wants and needs

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of processes, best practices, and workflow design and implementation
  • Effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable to rapidly evolving requirements
  • Ability to translate business client requirements into written specifications and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and easily build relationships with internal AGDATA team members as well as with clients
  • Highly motivated self-starter;  able to work independently with low level supervision
  • Familiar with MS Office and SQL programming structure
  • Familiar with Agile, JIRA or other management systems
