We're actively seeking a talented Global Rotational Program Manager to join our Early Career Talent team in Charlotte, NC.

About the Early Career Team:
The Early Career Talent Team is committed to building Pacific Life's future workforce by identifying, attracting, and developing high-potential early career talent. As the Global Rotational Program Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement of early career Pacific Life's rotational programs globally. This roleis responsible fortheparticipantexperience from onboarding through final placement, ensuring programs deliver meaningful development opportunities while supporting enterprise talent.
This position partners closely with business leaders, Talent Management, People Business Partners, and executive sponsors to createbest-in-class rotational experiences. This role owns program operations, participant development, manager partnerships, talent reviews,programplacementsand program outcomes.
Reporting to the Global Head of Early Career Talent Programs, the Global Rotational Program Manager will serve as the primary steward of Pacific Life's rotational programs.

Howyou'llhelp move us forward:

  • Program Strategy & Governance: Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of rotational programs. Establish program standards, annualobjectives, success metrics, and scalable processes that align with business and talent priorities.
  • Participant Experience & Development: Manage the end-to-end participant experience including onboarding, orientation, learning curriculum, mentorship initiatives, executive exposure opportunities, cohort engagement, and career development programming.
  • Professional Development, Certification & Exam Readiness: Partner with business leaders to develop and manage professional development pathways for rotational program participants. Drive certification, licensing, and exam preparation efforts including exam support programs by coordinating study resources, tracking progress toward credential milestones, facilitating learning opportunities, and helping participants successfully advance through required development benchmarks.
  • Rotation Planning & Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and rotation managers toidentifyrotational assignments, coordinate participant transitions,establishdevelopmentobjectives, and ensure participants gain meaningful experiences across the organization.
  • Talent Assessment and Placement:facilitate placement discussions and recommendations while partnering with business leaders on final placement decisions,monitorparticipant development progress, and partner with leaders on readiness assessments and final placement decisions.
  • Program Operations, Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and track key metrics including retention, promotion, mobility, engagement, completion rates, and placement outcomes. Manage program communications, budgets, timelines, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Early Career Community Support: Serve as a key Early Career team presence in the Charlotte office, supporting early career programming, networking opportunities and local talent initiatives in alignment with Pacific Life's broader early career strategy.

The experience you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in early career program management, talent management, learning and development, human resources, ora related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, ora relateddiscipline.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, managing, or supporting rotational, analyst, internship, or early career programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage relationships across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience facilitating talent reviews, calibration discussions, and performance evaluations
  • Strong project management, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data, reporting, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to measure program effectiveness, improve operational efficiency, enhance participant experiences, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working within a multi-location and global organization, with the ability to leverage technology and digital collaboration tools to support distributed program participants and stakeholders.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$125,100.00 - $152,900.00
