Position Title: PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE MANAGER 

Pay Grade: 17

Job Summary

The Program Implementation Management Office Manager serves as the program control tower for performance governance, executive reporting, business review management, site opening readiness, and cross-functional project execution. This role is accountable for establishing structured reporting practices, creating and maintaining KPI and SLA dashboards, preparing Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and managing project schedules for new site openings and ad hoc initiatives.

The position requires a highly organized, data-driven leader who can translate operational activity into clear executive insights, manage deadlines across multiple workstreams, and support disciplined execution across complex facilities management programs.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own the governance structure for KPI, SLA, project, and business review reporting.
  • Lead development of performance dashboards that convert operational, financial, staffing, safety, and service delivery data into actionable insights.
  • Coordinate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews by consolidating performance results, business updates, risks, action plans, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage integrated project schedules for site openings, mobilizations, expansions, transitions, and ad hoc program initiatives.
  • Partner with operations, finance, sourcing, engineering, and site leadership to ensure timely inputs, accurate reporting, and accountable follow-through.
  • Support senior leadership with concise performance narratives, risk updates, readiness summaries, and decision support materials.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in program management, project management, operations governance, or integrated facilities management support.
  • Strong ability to create executive-level dashboards, business review materials, KPI frameworks, and performance narratives.
  • Experience managing complex schedules, mobilizations, implementation plans, or cross-functional operational projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including the ability to connect performance metrics to cost, risk, and business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across sites, functions, and leadership groups.
