About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who operates at the intersection of AI program delivery, customer success, and strategic growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Field Technology, APAC, you will be the connective tissue between H2O.ai's AI capabilities and our customers' business outcomes - orchestrating programs, deepening relationships, and driving measurable expansion.

You will be expected to speak the language of AI practitioners, challenge customers to think bigger, and leverage AI tools yourself to accelerate program delivery, generate insights, and communicate with impact. You will own the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding through renewal and growth - across some of our most strategic enterprise accounts.

This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

What You Will Do

AI-Augmented Program Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI and platform programs - from scoping and planning through deployment, adoption, and expansion.
  • Use AI tools and automation to accelerate program reporting, risk identification, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs tied to platform stability, usage, adoption velocity, and business value realization.
  • Develop governance frameworks that scale across multiple concurrent engagements without sacrificing quality.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders, business unit leaders, and technical champions across customer organizations.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes - balancing competing priorities, managing escalations, and aligning diverse interests around shared outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling executive narratives: business reviews, program status updates, and value realization reports tailored to C-level audiences.
  • Serve as H2O.ai's primary voice to the customer - representing our roadmap, capabilities, and strategic direction with clarity and confidence.

Customer Success & Growth

  • Drive platform adoption and usage as the primary lever for renewal and expansion - proactively identifying whitespace and new use case opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers on commercial conversations, renewal strategy, and upsell positioning.
  • Monitor customer health signals and deploy proactive interventions before issues become escalations.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally - synthesizing feedback to influence product roadmap and delivery priorities.

Technical Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams - including Kaggle Grandmasters, ML engineers, platform engineers, and system integrators - to ensure on-time, high-quality program execution.
  • Provide informed oversight of AI platform installations, data pipeline deployments, and model production environments.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders, and vice versa.

Strategic Leadership & Evangelism

  • Lead pre-sales program design for high-impact enterprise opportunities, shaping the delivery approach from the earliest stages of the sales cycle.
  • Represent H2O.ai at customer briefings, industry events, and executive engagements as a credible AI practitioner and delivery leader.
  • Contribute to delivery frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits that raise the bar for program management across the Field Technology team.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years in program management, customer success, or delivery leadership within AI, data science, analytics, or enterprise technology.
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI or ML programs in production, ideally including model deployment, MLOps, or data platform rollouts.
  • Proven track record managing strategic enterprise accounts - driving adoption, renewal, and expansion in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience working with or alongside system integrators, platform engineers, and data science teams on large-scale technical programs.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Exceptional stakeholder management - comfortable at the C-suite level and able to build trusted advisor relationships across technical and business audiences.
  • Strong command of AI and ML concepts - able to engage credibly with practitioners without needing to be an expert in every technique.
  • Executive communication skills: distilling complex program status into crisp, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to enhance personal productivity - drafting communications, synthesizing insights, automating reporting, and generating analysis.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts around program risk, delivery bottlenecks, and customer health.
  • Highly organized, independently driven, effective across multiple concurrent programs.

How to Stand Out From the Crowd

  • Experience with financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry AI deployments.
  • Familiarity with H2O.ai products, AutoML, LLMs, generative AI, or agentic AI workflows.
  • Prior pre-sales or solution consulting experience in an enterprise AI or analytics context.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Why H2O.ai

  • Work at the frontier of enterprise AI with some of the world's best ML practitioners.
  • Drive programs that directly shape how leading APAC enterprises adopt and scale AI.
  • Remote-friendly culture with a flexible, high-trust working environment.
  • Market-competitive total rewards package.
  • Clear pathways for career growth into senior leadership, sales, or technical roles.
  • Mission-driven company building AI for Good.
  • Salary Range up to 175,000 USD DOE not inclusive of bonus and benefits

H2O.ai is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability status or any other legally protected basis.
