Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This role will oversee the management and operation of cyber range and computer test bed environments, supporting Army and Joint Cyber Training initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) or defense industry and has a proven ability to lead complex technical operations in high-performance environments.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of cyber range and computer test bed environments
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate Army and Joint Cyber Training programs
  • Lead and manage technical teams to ensure efficient project execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level DoD and defense industry stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
  • Maintain working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, networking, cellular systems, and IT management
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements as needed

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments
  • Minimum 7 years of program management experience OR senior-level DoD experience
  • Experience working as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional supporting senior-level DoD personnel
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training

Certifications / Requirements

  • Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
