Rainbow International of Cinti/NKY is a full service property restoration company serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky residential, business and commercial property owners.  We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the Office Assistant/Support position.  This is a key position on our team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our customers and helping with data entry. We have a great team of people who believe in integrity, quality work, serving others and having fun in the process!
The successful candidate is highly motivated, has excellent organizational and time management skills, projects a professional image both in person and over the phone, and works cooperatively and enthusiastically with others managing a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. 
Basic Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
  • Data Entry for all new and ongoing jobs; maintains/audits all related documents
  • Scheduling of services; interacting with customers as needed.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable
  • Work closely to assist one of the division managers to help compile daily schedule and other tasks as needed
  • Secure work Authorizations, payments and other documents as needed from customers
  • Correspond with insurance adjusters and phone owners as needed
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Estimators to keep the jobs moving smoothly
