Job Summary and Qualifications

As Legal Assistant II, you will be a senior level Legal Assistant supporting multiple staff level counsel with focus on attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will perform secretarial duties that require knowledge of legal procedures and terminology. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepares documents and correspondence such as contracts, letters, electronic transmittals and scheduling correspondence
  • Prepare document comparisons (i.e. redlines) and analyze distinctions
  • Advanced familiarity with PowerPoint and the ability to create appealing presentations
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook and WebEx
  • Maintains files and calendars, schedule appointments, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements and submit expenses related to the same
  • Willingness to learn and become proficient in company-utilized computer systems and programs

 Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in legal administrative assistant role or other similar admin support position is required
  • Strong organizational skill and attention to detail is required
  • Ability to multi-task is required
  • Must have strong communication and written skills is required
  • Proficiency in Power Point and Excel is preferred
