Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our in-house legal team. Job Description:

Assist the General Counsel in all legal and administrative matters, including, but not limited to, the following:

•    Draft letters and memos to internal and external stakeholders.
•    Assist with all collection activities, including the preparation of mechanic’s liens and bond claims.
•    File documents with courts and administrative agencies.
•    Proofread sensitive and confidential communications.
•    Initiate and complete special projects.
•    Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Must have the ability to complete assigned projects in a timely fashion.
•    Exhibit a high-level of motivation, organization, professionalism, and trustworthiness, with an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respect.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
•    Experience working with CRM and/or HR software platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    3+ years of experience as a legal or executive assistant, or
•    3+ years of experience in an HR setting.
