As we expand our reach in the beauty and wellness industry, weโ€™re seeking a driven and experienced candidate toย connect with business owners and managers ready to elevate their operations and client experience with Meevo.ย ย The SDR will work with close partnership with a dedicated Account Executive, supporting pipeline growth by generating qualified leads, setting appointments through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts. ย 
Responsibilities:

โ€ข Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with your Partnering Account Executive to understand
target markets, key accounts, and industry segments, aligning on outreach and engagement
strategies.
โ€ข Generate and Qualify Leads: Create high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified
Leads (SQLs) by reaching out through phone calls, emails, and other personalized
communications.
โ€ข Outbound Prospecting (80%): Conduct proactive outreach to salons, spas, and MedSpas,
identifying opportunities for Meevo to streamline workflows and increase revenue.
โ€ข Inbound Lead Conversion (20%): Quickly follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into
scheduled discovery calls or product demos.
โ€ข Performance and Metrics: Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per
week, and achieve individual targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
โ€ข Industry & Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to
effectively position Meevo as the industryโ€™s most powerful growth platform.
โ€ข Continuous Learning: Participate in team training sessions, weekly 1:1s with your manager, and
professional development opportunities to refine your sales skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
ย Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience preferred
1 + years of B2B or sales experience preferred
Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus.ย 
Sales & Communication Skills: Confident engaging with business owners and skilled at
uncovering pain points and presenting solutions.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools for tracking and
managing outreach.
Motivated & Organized: Self-starter with excellent time-management skills and the ability to
thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Results-Oriented: A self-motivated hunter who thrives on uncovering new opportunities, driving
pipeline through persistence, curiosity, and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
