Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming client questions regarding their existing policies with patience and clarity.
  • Process routine policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately within our system.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for our policyholders in Waterbury and beyond.
  • Review client accounts to ensure they have adequate protection based on their evolving life stages.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve billing discrepancies or coverage status inquiries.
  • Document all client interactions thoroughly to ensure every team member stays informed.

Requirements
  • Active Connecticut Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Minimum of two years experience in an insurance agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems.
  • Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation.
  • Ability to explain complex coverage details in plain language.
  • Strong organizational habits for managing multi-client workflows.
