Litigation / Trial Attorney (Insurance Defense) - Central Ohio

  • A well-established and expanding Ohio defense firm is seeking a Litigation / Trial Attorney who's ready to take ownership of their caseload and play a meaningful role in case strategy and trial work.

  • This is a strong fit for an attorney who doesn't want to be stuck doing back-end support-you'll have autonomy, client exposure, and a real path to growth.

Compensation / Competitive base salary:

  • Flexibility for strong candidates and/or portable business

What You'll Do:

  • Independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution or trial

  • Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice

  • Take and defend fact and expert depositions

  • Draft, argue, and strategize motions

  • Evaluate cases and develop litigation strategy

  • Communicate directly with clients and provide regular reporting

  • Serve as trial counsel when appropriate
