Interns often help with data entry, prepare reports for adjusters, and learn to analyze policy coverage. You'll also gain exposure to claims investigations and may shadow experienced adjusters during inspections or negotiations. This hands-on experience is designed to give you foundational knowledge of the claims process and prepare you for more advanced roles in the field.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an insurance claims intern, and why are they important?
