Job description

Service Call Center Agent - Service Department
Our Dealership is seeking a full time business development agent for our growing service department. We are currently looking for an energetic personality with strong organization and communication skills. The candidate must also be a self-starter, a quick learner, and a multi-tasker.
Call center or previous dealership experience preferred
Shift Hours: Monday through Friday from 9-6pm (rotating Saturdays and off days)
Pay types: Up to $15 hourly plus commission
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all inbound service phone calls and internet appointment requests
  • Quickly identify the customer needs
  • Schedule main shop service appointments, recalls, and maintenance appointments
  • Offer services such as valet service and shuttle service to eligible customers to minimize shop loading restraints
  • Assist service writers with status updates, including current status, part availability, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or service experience a plus
  • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
  • Strong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction
  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen and criminal background check
